"The ICAA has kept the classical tradition alive, thriving, and relevant for more than 30 years, and because of it our practice has been constantly enriched by its programs and publications," honoree Gil Schafer tells AD PRO. "Classicism is a language that endures from generation to generation. We share this recognition with so many who have contributed to the substance and quality of our work through our collaborations: interior designers, landscape designers, builders, craftspeople, and artisans, and of course, our clients, who continually challenge and inspire us."
This year’s jury was chaired by Elizabeth Dillon of Historical Concepts and consisted of AD 's own Mitch Owens, Pierre Crosby of Uberto Construction, Whitley Esteban of AD100 firm Roman and Williams , Philip J. Liederbach of Liederbach, Graham Architects and AD100 designer Bunny Williams .
