Star couple Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen are no strangers to living in luxury. Just take a look at their massive eco-friendly house in Los Angeles . But now they’ve purchased a home on the opposite coast—this $20 million unit in a yet-to-be-completed building by Robert A.M. Stern, reports Page Six . They’re the first celebs to stake a claim in the limestone building in New York’s Tribeca neighborhood, with a coveted location on the Hudson River. Measuring 5,000 square feet, the couple’s condo will have five bedrooms, an expansive terrace, and undoubtedly some beautiful views of the water and the Manhattan skyline. Interiors for each unit were designed by Daniel Romualdez, whose clients include Tory Burch, Daphne Guinness, and Aerin Lauder. The building itself will offer amenities such as a spa, an indoor swimming pool, a children’s pool, a squash court, and studios for cycling, yoga, and Pilates. It is set to be completed in 2018.
